(24/07/23) MOGADISHU – The Danab Commandos Forces of Somalia, conducted an operation in several villages in the Galcad region of Galmudug on Monday, targeting al-Shabaab hideouts in Ceel Hareeri, Baraagta Sheikh Camir, and the Cawsweyne area.
The Danab Forces were able to destroy several al-Shabaab bases in the area, including training camps. They also destroyed a number of mines that were intended to harm the people of Galmudug.
The officers who led the operation told the media that the operation was a success and that the Danab Commando Forces were able to disrupt al-Shabaab’s plans to harm the people of Galmudug.
