(25 Nov 2024) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) — Federal Security Minister Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail ‘Fartaag’ chaired a crucial meeting on Monday to enhance measures to control the illegal entry of weapons into the country.
In a tweet following the meeting, the Minister emphasised the government’s commitment to preventing these weapons from falling into the hands of terrorist groups and organised crime networks. The focus, he stated, remains on ensuring national security by addressing this critical issue effectively.
The initiative aligns with ongoing efforts to bolster internal security across the country.
