(12-12-23) GAROWE (HN) — The Puntland State Police have announced the arrest of a suspect involved in the theft of a car in Garowe, the administrative capital of Puntland. The Puntland Police, in a brief statement, reported the recovery of the stolen vehicle and the apprehension of the suspect.
“The individual in question, Jama Adan, accused of the car theft on 25 November 2023, is presently in custody and is set to face trial,” the statement said in part.
Following the incident, the police force promptly initiated a pursuit to locate the car and its thief, resulting in their successful capture. The accused will subsequently be brought before the appropriate court.
