(04-07-24) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) – President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who is assessing the situation of the Armed Forces and the frontlines against terrorism, held a meeting with traditional elders and community leaders in Waragaadhi, Middle Shabelle.
The President discussed with Wargaadhi elders their role in liberating areas of the region still under terrorist control, highlighting the government’s provision of equipment, vehicles, military services, and weapons necessary for the country’s liberation.
Additionally, the President inspected the newly established military base in the area, which addresses the essential technical needs of the Somali Armed Forces on the frontlines and supports the completion of operations to liberate the country from Al-Shabaab militants.
