(25 Nov 2024) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) — The Federal Council of Ministers is slated for an extraordinary meeting on Monday evening at the Prime Minister’s Office. The Cabinet Administration Department has urged all the ministers to participate fully in the session.
While the memo has not provided details of the meeting’s agenda, media reports say that it could discuss key national issues, including the approval of the national election commission members.
The federal government has recently expedited election-related activities to ensure the country heads to one-man, one-vote elections during the next election period.
