(04 Nov 2024) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News)— Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, met on Monday with the reconciliation department to discuss the implementation of the National Reconciliation Framework and ongoing conflict resolution efforts. Representatives from various federal institutions provided updates on the government’s progress in functional unbundling initiatives.
During the meeting, Minister Hosh underscored the significance of the reconciliation agenda and praised the team’s achievements and ongoing work. This week, the Ministry issued an appeal to warring clans in the Sool and Togdheer regions, calling on the concerned sides to unconditionally end the hostilities and come to the negotiating table to amicably resolve their differences.
