(11 Dec 2024) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) — The Director General of the Immigration and Citizenship Agency, Ahmed Said Mohamed, has directed officers to expedite passport issuance services and ensure citizens’ accessibility.
During a meeting held on Wednesday with officers at the Passport Issuance Office headquarters, the Director General emphasised the need to prioritise efficiency and compassion, particularly for vulnerable individuals seeking passport services.
He also stressed the importance of adhering to procedural guidelines, enhancing accountability, and maintaining discipline and professionalism in the workplace. Officers were urged to uphold workplace ethics and ensure smooth operations.
