Somalia’s newly appointed Ambassador to Switzerland, Khadra Dualeh, has presented her Letter of Credence to H.E. Karin Keller-Sutter, President of the Swiss Confederation. The Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs hailed the occasion as a testament to the enduring partnership between Somalia and Switzerland.
In a statement, the Ministry emphasised the deep-rooted relationship between the two nations, characterised by mutual respect and shared aspirations for peace, development, and cooperation. “This significant milestone highlights Somalia’s commitment to fostering closer ties with Switzerland and exploring new opportunities for collaboration in trade, development, and diplomacy,” the Ministry noted.
The Federal Republic of Somalia reaffirmed its dedication to advancing shared goals on the global stage. “We look forward to working closely with Switzerland to deepen our partnership and build a future of mutual progress,” the Ministry added.
