(19-07-24) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) – The Somali National Army has successfully disrupted Al-Shabaab operations in the Galgadud region, seizing crucial supplies and apprehending suspected collaborators. On Friday, SNA forces intercepted three vehicles in Hussein-Agay village containing fuel destined for the militant group. Two women believed to be delivering the supplies were also arrested.
In a separate incident at the Masagaway security checkpoint, SNA personnel neutralized an armed Al-Shabaab member, preventing a potential attack. This swift action demonstrates the SNA’s commitment to combating the threat posed by Al-Shabaab.
