(08-08-23) MOGADISHU – President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud’s Special Advisor on the Federal Government and Somaliland Talks held a meeting on Monday with the visiting Senior Adviser on Democracy and Human Rights at the U.S. Secretary of State Department, Mr Hamse Warfa.
The meeting, which took place in Mogadishu, focused on the prevailing issues and the general situation in Somalia, with particular emphasis on Somaliland matters.
Since his maiden visit to Mogadishu on Sunday, Mr Hamse has met with top government officials, including Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, the Parliament leadership, and key ministers.
