President Ruto highlighted Ambassador Tarsan’s significant role in enhancing Kenya-Somalia relations, emphasising shared goals of regional peace and development.
Since 2018, Ambassador Tarsan has been pivotal in fostering stronger ties between the two nations, with a focus on stability in East Africa and the Horn of Africa. His diplomatic efforts have been crucial in bolstering cooperation between Kenya and Somalia.
