(03-01-24) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) — Somali police on Wednesday arrested a local man who is suspected of having committed an act of homicide in the sprawling Hodan district of the capital Mogadishu. The suspect Ibrahim Aden Maadey is being held for the murder of a woman named Khadijo Siad Mohamed who was working as a cleaner at a premise located within the district.
Confirming the case, local police released a statement that shows the incident happened on Tuesday night at around 6.00 PM local time. Police said the victim is a civil servant working with the sanitation department in Hodan District.
