(19-02-24) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) — Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre, on Monday, reviewed updates on the advancements in the management and operation of Somalia’s airspace, provided by the Ministry of Transport, Civil Aviation, and the Somali Civil Aviation Authority. The reports highlighted the nation’s progress in aviation activities.
Prime Minister Barre directed security agencies to investigate and apprehend those responsible for the killing of an employee of the Somali Civil Aviation Authority. The employee’s body was discovered in his home yesterday evening. In his directive, the Prime Minister sought justice for the victim and extended his sympathies to the bereaved family and relatives.
Furthermore, Prime Minister Barre praised the Ministry of Transport and the Somali Civil Aviation Authority for their achievements. He emphasised that the government prioritises the enhancement of the Civil Aviation Authority, aiming to amplify the successes already attained.
