(22-07-24) KISMAYO (Halqabsi News) – In a message of praise, Jubaland leader Ahmed Mohamed Islam ‘Ahmed Madobe’ has commended the bravery and effectiveness of the Jubaland and National Army forces following a victory in military operations in Lower Juba’s Bula Haji, Harbole and Biibi areas.
The President’s statement highlighted the successful neutralisation of the extremist threat, with reports confirming the deaths of 135 militants. Over 80 individuals were either wounded or captured, and a significant cache of weaponry, including both light and heavy arms, was seized from the fleeing attackers.
Emphasizing the importance of the achievement, the President has called on all Somali citizens to unite in the effort to liberate the country and defeat those determined to undermine the Somali people and nation.
