(28 Aug 2024) GAROWE (Halqabsi News) – The Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA), in collaboration with the United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia (UNSOM) Human Rights & Protection Group, has started a two-day training on human rights monitoring and advocacy techniques for civil society actors. The two-day training in Garowe aims to enhance the capabilities of various civil society organisations within Puntland.
The opening of the training was attended by representatives from the Office of Puntland Human Rights Defender and the Puntland Lawyers Association, demonstrating a collective commitment to promoting human rights advocacy in the region.
