(14-06-23) MOGADISHU — Ambassador Souef Elamine, the Special Representative of the Chairperson of the African Union Commission (SRCC) and Head of the African Union Mission in Somalia (ATMIS), met on Tuesday with the Minister of Communications and Technology of the federal government of Somalia, Jama Khalif.
