(15/11/23) MOGADISHU – A delegation led by Senator Deqa Hassan Hussein, Chairman of the Upper House Committee on Interior, Reconciliation, and Federal Member States Relations, has landed in Baidoa, the administrative capital of South West State. The group was welcomed at Shati-Gadud Airport by members of the South West Regional Assembly and other officials.
The committee’s visit to Baidoa is set to include discussions with South West government officials aimed at strengthening the relationship between the Upper House and the South West State.
