(26-06-24) MOGADISHU (Halqabsi News) – The Somali Police Force has brought suspect Mohamed Omar Isse to Garowe, Puntland after he was arrested by the International Police Force in Kenya a day earlier.
The Somali Police’s foreign affairs department at Interpol transported Mr Isse from Mogadishu. He is accused of killing a Somali citizen named Mohamed Ahmed Farah on 17 May, 2024, for which a warrant had been issued by the Office of the Attorney General. The suspect was finally handed over to the security authorities of Nugaal region to stand trial for the murder.
