(02-01-24) KISMAYO (Halqabsi News) — The Second Deputy President of Jubaland, Abdulkadir Haji Mohamud ‘Lugadhere’, along with the Minister of Internal Security, Brigadier General Yusuf Hussein Osman, has presided over the completion of a training programme for recruits set to bolster the Jubaland State Presidential Guard Forces.
Having undergone intensive training in combat tactics and counter-terrorism strategies, the recruits are trained to ensure the safety of high-ranking officials and important state facilities, including the Presidential Palace.
The training has equipped the unit members with the essential skills required to ensure the security of key governmental institutions.
