JOSP is a collaborative effort led by the Federal Government of Somalia, with critical partnerships from the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the European Union (EU), the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), USAID, and other UN agencies.
Through JOSP, partners aim to address water scarcity and food security while fostering sustainable development. The project is a significant step towards securing long-term resilience and prosperity for the communities of Middle Shabelle and beyond.
