(11-03-24) NAIROBI (Halqabsi News) — Puntland’s Parliament has affirmed the newly appointed Council of Ministers after a vote conducted on Sunday afternoon. The confirmation from the regional assembly grants the new government the authority to fulfil its mandate. President Deni expressed gratitude towards Parliament for its support and committed to fostering cooperation between the legislative and executive branches to improve public service delivery.
President Deni has recently unveiled a cabinet comprised of 57 members, which includes 21 ministers, 22 deputy ministers, and 14 state ministers.
