Finance Minister in Paris for Talks on Somalia’s Economic Reform

(13-03-24) PARIS (Halqabsi News) — Somalia’s Finance Minister, Bihi Egeh, arrived in Paris, France, for discussions on Somalia’s successful ongoing economic reforms and post-HIPC plans with the French Development Agency’s (AFD) Executive Director, Philippe Orliange, and colleagues.

Minister Bihi noted that sustainable financing is crucial and that AFD can be instrumental for the developmental aspirations of the Somali people.

The Minister is accompanied by the Central Bank Governor, Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi, and representatives from the Parliament’s financial committee.
